What is Willy cooking this weekend as he takes a blog refreshing weekend to Heber Springs and the Little Red River. Well, Willy is staying at a rustic cabin at Lindsey's Resort and there is a stove top but no oven. This limits some of the cooking.
However Willy's wife came to the rescue and she is pre cooking spaghetti sauce. We will cook the noodles there and that along with some great chicken salad and some great pimento cheese for sandwiches will fill the bill. Maybe a meal or two at the Pot O' Gold Restaurant and the weekend will be over.
Refreshing with family, food, fishing and Fun.
