Grab your Ink at

Willy is constantly printing off recipes, and many other things on his printer.  This uses up lots or ink and ink is expensive.  That is why Willy is always looking for a better source for printer ink.  That is when Willy ran into a site that has great prices on Kodak printer ink that I use.  Yes, this site has all kinds of ink cartridges including the Kodak ink cartridges that I use for my printer.

The site that I am referring to is  It seems to not only have Kodak Ink cartridges but it has just about any ink that you might need.  In reviewing the site it appears to have just ink and ink cartridges for just about any printer that you might have.  The site has some specials that might apply on the ink that you need and also has many other printer supplies.

Therefore, if you are looking for a great price on ink, or printer supplies then you might want to check out  It appears that it can save money on most of the popular inks and seems to have just about any of these that you want in stock.

This is my thoughts on Ink cartridges for now.  That is what is cooking now.

Football is What is Cooking.

Willy has helped Mrs Willy cook up a good stew to eat for the week.  This was not done before Willy has had a nap and watched lots of football playoffs.  Yes, that is what is cooking today is the NFL Playoffs.

Well, the first game is over and Greenbay kicked butt and now it appears that Pittsburgh may beat the Jets.  So it appears that a Superbowl with Greenbay and Pittsburgh getting it on in Jerry's house.

Jerry Jones is cooking up a profit even if his Cowboys are not in the game.

Commercial Planters at

Willy likes to cook and Willy likes to cook things up sometimes other than just food.  So the question is, what is cooking with Willy today.  Well, planters is what is cooking at this site today.

Willy thinks any types of planters are important to the enhancement of any real estate.  What is more important is that Willy has found that there are many things about planters and many types of planters that Willy knew nothing about.  However, Willy has found about things such as great commercial planters at

What have I learned was that a commercial planter does not have to be plain and drab as Willy thought they might be.  Yes, look at this sight and see that there are many large commercial planters that have some class and style.  These commercial planters are not necessarily just outdoor commercial planters, but you will find that there are some great planters for indoor usage also.

Yes, commercial planters are great and if you want to find out more check them out.  You will be glad you did.

Hillbilly Stew

It is cold in Willy's country today.  It is about 20 degrees here and not supposed to warm up much for four or five days.  This makes Willy think about soups, stews and Chili's.  Willy is revisiting today his Hillbilly Stew.  Warm and appetizing.   Can someone get me a bowl for breakfast?   10-4 Willy

Hillbilly Stew - makes about 6 servings
1 pound(s) ground venison or beef
1 large onion (chopped)
1 large can Campbell's Pork and Beans
1 small can Campbell's Pork and Beans
1 Tbsp molasses
2 Tbsp butter
In a cast iron skillet, melt butter, add onions, cook until they start to turn clear. Brown meat, open cans of beans and drain the small can only. Add to browned mixture and simmer for about 20 minutes until beans are hot. Serve over mashed potatoes.

Cooking up a Car Connection.

Cooking is great but sometimes Willy has to go somewhere rather than just stay at home and cook.  It is at times like that when Willy wants to make sure he has a great car such as a Honda Accord Ex L to get where I want to go in a timely and safe manner.  Willy does not have one of these though.  Willy does have a buick though and it does the job.

What Willy thinks he would really like to travel around town in is a good looking porsche.  However, if Willy was driving a porshce he would probably have to drop the Hillbilly in front of his name and put something like Dexter or some high brow name.  The name Willy just would not fit a porsche.  So, with all of that in mind what do you really think Willy might drive.  Do you think Willy might very likely drive something such as a gmc truck?  That sounds more like it doesn’t it.

Well, Willy has talked non-stop about different vehicles but has never given you an idea where you might find these vehicles at if you wanted one.  The site that you can find the right car or the right information on cars is

So now you know what Willy knows.  You feel smarter don’t you.

Chile Relleno Burgers

Willy sometimes shares one that he finds on one of the food sites.  This sounds real interesting.  Someone try it and let Willy know.  10-4 Willy

Recipe courtesy of Food Network Magazine

  • 2 large poblano peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 plum tomatoes or 1 large tomato, cored and halved
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 hamburger buns, split open
  • 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
  • 6 slices muenster cheese

Preheat the broiler. Put the poblanos cut-side down on a foil-lined broiler pan. Add the tomatoes, onion and garlic and broil until charred, 7 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly, then peel the garlic. Chop the garlic, onion and tomatoes; toss in a bowl with salt to taste. Peel the poblanos and cut each in half.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush the bun tops with the egg white. Mix the oregano, cumin and chili powder, sprinkle on the bun tops and put the tops and bottoms on a baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Shape the beef into four 3/4-inch-thick patties; make an indentation in the centers. Sprinkle the skillet with salt, then cook the burgers until browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip, then top each burger with some of the tomato mixture and cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serve on the spiced buns with the poblanos and the remaining tomato mixture.

Is there an App for That.

Willy and wife both had a long day today at work.  Willy was just wanting to come home and sit.

Willy's wife just wanted to come home and sit.  Neither of us wanted to cook.   Neither of us wanted to go to the store.  What should we do.

Well the answer was that Willy went by the store and picked up a rotisserie chicken.  Wife came home and put on some green beans and cooked some rice and microwave vegetables.  We had a good meal fairly quick.

The question still is - WHEN WILL THEY GET AN APP FOR THAT.

How great would it be for Willy to punch up an app on his phone that started the maid to cooking what Willy and wife wanted for supper.  Maybe the app would tell her to empty the dishwasher and sweep the floors.

Wait a minute before I need an app for that, I guess I need an IPhone and a maid.10-4 Willy

Which do you think will come first.

Cheap Auto Insurance In Arizona?

Is your auto insurance costs too high?  Do you believe that you should be able to get cheap auto insurance in AZ?  If the answer to these two questions is yes then you need to go to and find out how they can help you get that cheap auto insurance in AZ that you deserve.  Yes, I said that you deserve.

There is no reason that you or anyone should not have good affordable insurance and this site says that it can help you get that deal on the best insurance and it will save you money.  I have visited the site and everything that I see on that site seems to be geared toward finding you that best deal that can save you the most money and give you the best insurance available.

So, the best thing to do is go to and find out what they can do for you.  On that site you can click on the links to get free quotes especially for the area that you live in.  It can also give you the information that you need to know about the amount of insurance minimums that you have to have.  The links here are specific to Arizona and it appears that there are explicit minimums for that state.  You can make sure that you meet those requirements and that you get these at the best price available.

Again, it is hard to stress enough how important it is to each of us in these tough economic times to get the best values we can get to save us money.  That is why I stress that if you have the need for cheap auto insurance in AZ then you need to definitely check out this site and find out how it can save you money.

I guess I would have to end with the thought that it costs you nothing to go to the site and get a free quote.  If anyone looses because you don't check this out it is you.  It is your money.

Sugar Overload is Part of Christmas

Willy has cooked up another guest post this evening.  Check this out and see what is cooking.   10-4 Willy

Guest post from: Steve Delaney

I wrapped the last gift this morning, loaded the box of presents into the trunk of the car, then went back inside to turn off all the lights and set our home Security Systems before the kids and I set out for our Christmas trip to Austin to visit the folks. This year the box of presents was a little smaller than in years past, but I'm grateful that we can afford to share what we can. And seeing my parents in Austin is what makes the trip special anyway.

Of course, Mom's boiled cookies and hot chocolate add to the specialness of our holiday vacation. My two sons ask for it almost before we can get inside Mom's and Dad's house. This year was no different. The boys tumbled out of the car, ran to the front porch to share hugs with Mom and Dad and then started bouncing up and down and calling for the goodies. Mom hustled the boys inside out of the warmish afternoon air while Dad helped me carry in the gifts and suitcases.

Now we're waiting for my sister and her family to arrive from Dallas so that we can get this year's celebration underway. Popping corn to string to put on the tree, sprinkling powdered sugar on homemade funnelcake--I'd better start thinking about the diet that starts on Monday!

That Advertising Agency

Ok, lets say that you need an Advertising Agency.  What do you do.  Well, what I suggest is to get online and find an agency that can get you the best results for the best price and get you the target audience that you are looking for.  The next thing that you might want is a measurement at the end of the day that proves up that the Advertising Agency achieved the results that they promised.

In my research online I find that an Advertising Agency that promises all these things and more is That Advertising Agency.   They say that they have one mission.  They say that their mission is to ensure that the client is happy. They say that the way to know that a client is happy is to make sure that the client is a a busy client. Nothing else matters.

They state that they have the energy, dedication, confidence and leadership to develop creative, effective advertising campaigns that can give you results.

A novel idea that they mention also about their Advertising Agency is that they were born digital. They did not move to the digital age, they were created in the digital age.  This means that their employees are savvy of the electronic age and can take best advantage of it for your company.  Another great thing about this company is that they believe that your money should be spent more on advertising and less on the Advertising Agency.     They say that they know what it takes to develop stellar advertising campaigns to attract the customers you need.

In all it comes down to one truth. What kind of return do you get on your investment? This company is convinced that they can give you the results and proof that you get the results that they claim.

This sounds like what you need in advertising.  Check it out.

Chicken Dishes

Willy and wife are trying to eat more chicken and fish for the new year.  Willy's wife is good at finding new recipes that are usually very good.  This brought us to try a crock pot dish this week that turned out very good.

The dish was Chicken Stroganoff.  It was real simple but the only problem it was not a crock pot dish that you can mix and leave for the day to be ready when you get home.

Basically - you chop up 4 chicken breasts into cubes and put in a crock pot. You then add one package of Italian Seasoning and you let this cook for about 5 hours on low in pot.

After this has cooked for 5 hours you add cream of chicken soup and cook for another hour on high.

1.  Reviews for tutorvista is what is cooking with Willy tonight.  You might know that just recently Willy has written  Reviews for tutorvista  because Willy knows that  Reviews for tutorvista are important so that it can get more exposure because it is so good as a tutor website.  As Willy has said in his last  Tutorvista Review, many times tutoring happened in his house around the kitchen table while mother was cooking.

So what Willy would say tonight is that if you have a blog and think that tutoring for your children is important than you might want to look at doing a  Tutorvista Review for your blog.  You will find that their site is great for tutoring information and that it can be good for your students.

So the final word is that  a Tutorvista Review ins important and worth while.  You should check this out for yourself however and know that Willy thinks that it is a good idea.

Willy Cooks with TABASCO® Original Red

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

Willy likes to cook and Willy likes to spice up food.  What is one of the favorite things that Willy uses to spice up and give an extra flavor to many of his recipes you ask?  Well that product is TABASCO® Original Red.  What is it that Willy likes about this?  Well, it is not about the heat just for heat.  It is more about what the heat does to the flavor of the food.  They take a simple combination of salt, red pepper and vinegar and take it through a 3-year aging process that produces a great hot sauce with a wonderful ability to get the most out of most any food that you put the sauce on.  Other hot sauces add their own specific flavor to food. TABASCO® Original Red simply enhances the flavor of food.

Some of the things that you might want to check out on this wonderful sauce is Pizza Perfected which gives a great way to get a great pizza using TABASCO® Original Red.  Remember also that we are in the peak of the football season and the Super Bowl will be coming soon.  What about the ideas that you may find to enhance your Game-Day Party MenuTABASCO® Original Red  should be a part of this menu.

Also, Willy likes a great chili recipe that he has included below that includes TABASCO® Original Red

You might like this and add it to your menu.

A unique blend of meat, spices and other ingredients found to be a favorite in the foot hills of the Ozark Mountains in Northern Arkansas. This unique blend and variations of it have been discovered, along with other unique recipes, to be in the pots on stoves of Grandma's kitchens as well as in the boiling pots at Deer camps throughout Arkansas by a Texan misplaced by the job market from Texas to Arkansas.

Cook in large pot until meat loses its red color............

1 large ONION, chopped

When onions are tender,
add............................ …

1 Tbsp SALT
2 tsp ground CUMIN
2 cups HOT WATER

TutorVista for Willy

Cooking is all about cooking and what is cooking and today Willy would like to talk about the fact that as a child much of his learning and tutoring happened around the kitchen table while mama was cooking.  Willy would work on the studies as mama cooked.  Sometimes Willy would ask questions and mama might give a logical country answer but it was not always an answer that Willy could put on the paper.  Her answer always made sense but it was not always the answer from the books.  That is when Willy might have wished he had the resources that are out there today.

All of this need for Homework Help was never more evident than when Willy got into high school and then on to college.  The first time Willy had some real project come up in the sciences it was obvious that Willy needed some real Chemistry HelpChemistry Homework Help in that day was hard to come by since most of Willy’s family had never taken Chemistry.  This was even more evident when Willy decided he needed Organic chemistry help.

To help understand this more it should be told that Willy was the first in his family to get a degree from College.  There were eight of us and there were varied amounts of education from not finishing high school to having some college and trade school but no degrees.  Therefore, much of this was breaking new ground.  So, when Willy came home from High School and declared that he had passed Chemistry and was going to need Physics Help now then it was a declaration that there had to be some outside help.

This is where Willy wants to tell students that might find this similar to their story.  Willy wants to tell them that Physics Homework Help and much more is available on line from a great tutoring site called TutorVista.  This site claims the following:

TutorVista is the leading online tutoring company in the world. We offer an incredible unlimited monthly tutoring package for only $99.99 a month for all subjects - students can use our service as much as they want, whenever they need it. Tutoring is available 24X7. We provide free demo for first time user where they can try the service for free.

Sounds like a site that might be great for students of all ages from K – 12 and college.  Willy encourages students of all ages that need help to check this out.

Brisket and More Brisket

Willy cooked a large brisket over the past weekend.  Here it is Thursday and Willy and wife have eaten brisket three days for lunch this week in the form of brisket sandwiches, brisket with BBQ sauce and potato salad and brisket sandwich again.

Willy and wife have had brisket one two nights this week, once chopped up in a taco salad and once with BBQ sauce, cold slaw and potato chips.

Should have frozen half of it after it was cooked but too late for that now.  How about a Brisket meatloaf.

Who knows what is next.

Gold IRA or Gold 401K - Help is available.

Did you ever want to have a gold IRA?   Did you even know that you could have IRA gold?    Did you ever just want to buy or sell gold and have it as a part of a gold 401k?   All of this sounds a little cryptic and maybe a little hard to accomplish doesn’t it.

This goes to the point of asking if you ever wanted to do something and you were not sure what or how to do it? Willy ain't talking about Idaho Gold Potatoes here. Willy is talking about real gold and possibly using this gold in a 401k gold account.

Well, Willy has often in his life time bought and sold gold and Willy has cooked Idaho Gold potatoes. Willy has found that he is better, under his own expertise, to cook the gold potatoes. Willy did not do as good buying and selling gold on his own and believes that he had used someone like That is why Willy wishes he had known about

Willy has visited there site.  They appear to be a company that knows what they are doing and could probably help someone buy and sell gold and other coins in a way that could be very productive. They even have the expertise to complete a gold IRA transfer with ease and grace.

Willy has decided when he cooks Idaho Gold potatoes he is the expertise. However, if Willy decides to buy gold again the expertise might get a call to get some real help.

That is what Willy has to say at this time about gold.

Razorbacks Lose!

Willy thought the Razorbacks had the recipe for a win in the Sugar Bowl. However, the Hogs liked a couple of ingredients in their recipe for a win.  The ingredients that they lacked were as follows:

  • good hands to scoop up the main ingredient – the ball
  • no scoop and score techniques
  • no tackling
  • no blocking and protecting the quarterback.
  • interception as the final ingredient.

Hopefully this will be fixed by next year.

Arkansas Razorbacks are cooking up a win

Tonight is the Sugar Bowl and the Razorbacks are going to win.  Willy is cooking up a stew that says they are winning over those Ohio State Buckeyes.  Willy thinks he will boil some buckeyes to show that they are mush under the Razorbacks.  All Willy can say is:

Restoration Services

One of the most devastating things that can happen to a home or business owner is to have water damage from any source.  One of the best things that can happen to a home or business owner is to find the right people to help fix the problem when they have some type of damage.   So if you are in the Austin area you and you have need for these services you should  check water damage service austin or water fire damage restoration austin or carpet cleaner rental austin.  These will get you one of the best to fix the mess.

Yes, all of these links get you to the Steam Team of Texas and they seem to be the people who can take care of your cleanup of your damages and get you back on track and out of the mess.  They have the services to get you back in shape with less stress on you to get the job done.  Why wait if you need them, get them.

So as you can see this post is all about getting that water damage or fire damage cleanup done in the best way possible with the best folks possible.  That is my thoughts on this.

Cooking on a Disc

Willy has recently decided he liked the idea that many have discovered earlier and that is to cook on a Cowboy Wok.  What it amounts to is a disc from a Tandem plow that is made to be closed up and cooked on.  It is basically a large wok to be used on the outdoor cooker.

Here is a recipe that I found for this disc cooking for a Cowboy Country Breakfast.  Here it is.

Cowboy Country Breakfast.

Sausage or breakfast meat of your choice
Green Chile (Willy prefers jalepenos)
Salt / Pepper
Seasoning – any other of your choice.

Potatoes - Slice with grater or cut into thin slices
Sausage or bacon - crumble sausage; cut bacon into 1x2 squares

Add Olive Oil (your choice) to disk and heat

Add meat - cook meat then add potatoes

Cook meat and potatoes till done and add green chile

Season to taste

Add eggs (depending on how many you are feeding, picture above had a dozen eggs; feeding 15 people)

When done heat up a tortilla on the disk for a great handheld breakfast burrito or serve with your favorite jelly/jam and biscuits.

10-4 Enjoy.

Girls Clothing–Tea Collection!

Willy likes to cook and Willy likes lots of things but one thing you can say is that Willy is not an expert on girls clothing.  You could say that this post fits into Willy’s cooking blog in the fact that it is about the Tea collection of girls clothing.   Yes, the sight in review is

Ok, so Willy is not an expert on girls clothing, but Willy did raise one child which was a darling girl who is now about 27 years old.  During the raising of this child Willy watched the wife dress this darling in clothes that were beautiful, cute and wonderful.  Willy just knows that if this line of clothing had been available at that time that Mrs. Willy would have had these great looking clothes on the daughter.

So, if you came to this site looking for cooking information today you found that what was cooking here today was little girls clothing.  You may have found that you need to get some of these clothes for your little one.  This is what is cooking.
