Brisket and More Brisket

Willy cooked a large brisket over the past weekend.  Here it is Thursday and Willy and wife have eaten brisket three days for lunch this week in the form of brisket sandwiches, brisket with BBQ sauce and potato salad and brisket sandwich again.

Willy and wife have had brisket one two nights this week, once chopped up in a taco salad and once with BBQ sauce, cold slaw and potato chips. 

AND THERE IS STILL MORE BRISKET.  IT IS GOOD BUT WHEN WILL IT END.

Should have frozen half of it after it was cooked but too late for that now.  How about a Brisket meatloaf.

Who knows what is next.
