Mrs. Fields - a Great Franchise

Willy has thought often that he needs to cook up a franchise that would go great across the country and would handle a good product. While Willy was thinking about this idea he came across the idea of looking at a cookies franchise. Well, Willy thinks he makes a good cookie and it would be great to franchise his cookies.

Then Willy came across the franchising opportunity with Mrs Fields Cookies. Willy has had Mrs. Fields Cookies and there are none better. So Willy asked himself "Why try to create something that someone has already done so well." For you see, Willy found in his extensive research that Mrs. Fields had already worked diligently to have the art of franchising their brand and products down to a tee.

Willy found on their website all about the Brand, about the Products about how their franchising works and how Willy could be come a franchise owner and all about the wonderful history behind the Mrs. Fields Brand.

Did you know that Mrs. Fields was launched in 1977 and began franchising in 1990. They not only help you get into the franchise they have a plan that helps you succeed just as the other 280 Mrs. Fields Franchises that are operating in the United States.

So, all Willy can say is don't look to Willy for a great Cookie Franchise. For that type of opportunity that could easily be a success one should look to a cookies franchise with Mrs. Fields.

Willy says a big 10-4 to that one. Could someone pass Willy a warm chocolate chip cookie?

Cocoons - Must Be Hillbilly

Willy is all about sweets and things that Willy doesn't need. A recipe that came to Willy's attention recently sounds really good and Willy believes that he needs to try this one real soon. Check this one out for some good eats.

Willy Cooking up Some Houston Rodeo!

Houston Rodeo tickets would be a great thing to cook up at this time. The Houston Livestock and Rodeo starts in early March and runs for about 20 days are more. This is a great event to attend whether it be for the Stock Show or the Rodeo or the Concerts you cannot go wrong. Willy knows!

Willy has been there done that and wants to go again. One of the things that Willy finds that is unique to the Houston Rodeo is that it is not only a thrilled eventful rodeo but it has great concerts following the rodeo giving such great stars such as some of the previous year’s performers which has included acts such as George Strait, Miley Cyrus, Hanah Montana, the Jonas Brothers, Bon Jovi, Toby Keith, Maroon 5, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, Beyonce, Maze, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and ZZ Top. This year look for Alan Jackson, Derks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Daurius Rucker and many more.

Another unique thing is the very prized seats which are the coveted Action Seats. These seats which are along both sides of the rodeo ring and comprise the first seven rows of sections 103-110 and 123-130. Action Seat tickets include complimentary food and beverages, with alcohol available for purchase. With these tickets you can believe Willy that you will be cooking up some action and seeing it bright and clear.

All Willy can say about all of this is again is that Willy has been there and wants to go again. Where will Willy get his tickets if he goes again? Well Willy will certainly check out the great seats and great prices that are available for the Houston Rodeo tickets at TeamOne Tickets.

WILLY IS READY TO COOK THIS ONE UP.

Chicken Questions

Question: When we smoke cut up chickens! Do we follow the same recipe and method as awhole chicken?

Answer: Cut up chickens will take slightly less time than a whole chicken in most cases. Chicken quarters which is basically the leg and thigh attached together is great to smoke. These will require about 3.5 to 4 hours at 225-240 degrees.

You can sometimes smoke them a little hotter (250-275 or more) to crisp up the skin. This speeds up the cook time considerably and in Willy's opinion does not affect the quality of the end product.

Just a few tips on Smoking Chickens.

And that is what's Cooking at Hillbilly Willy's Today.

Valentine's Day - A time to Say "I Love You"

Willy is trying to cook up something for Valentine's Day. That has several thoughts to Willy. Sure one is what can Willy cook for Mrs Willy that will be the greatest thing for Valentine's Day. You see Willy and the Ms. have been doing Valentine's Day for over 30 years now and ever year or two Willy tries to think of doing something different.

Well, Willy is thinking this year he might go retro...back to something Willy done in the early days of marriage but this time give it a little twist. Willy is thinking of baking a Heart Cake for Valentine's day and making a romantic dinner. The twist would be that Willy would plant in the cake a great gift of a casio g-shock watch.

You heard Willy right. Willy would somehow plant a casio g-shock watch in the cake to see here reaction. For you see Willy has recently found a great place on line to purchase great time pieces at a great price. That place on line that Willy found is bluedial.com

Bluedial.com has great watches and very remarkable prices. We are not talking about every run of the mill watch but we are talking about the great time pieces of the world. They have just about every brand you can imagine at very good prices.

All Willy can say is that if he does not get the job done with the cake and the watch then maybe Mrs Willy could buy Willy the watch in the picture. Willy is just saying....

National Finals Rodeo is What's Cooking

Willy is usually cooking up some where to go and this might just be the place this year. What place is that you ask? Well, the place that Willy is thinking about is National Finals Rodeo Las Vegas NV

You bet ya- that would be a good trip. Willy has never been to the National Finals Rodeo but Willy is a big Rodeo fan, Bull riding fan and a fan of about any of the sports where it is man vs beast.

Willy has even tried to be a photographer at a small rodeo but found when the bulls were coming out of the shoot and Willy was in the middle of the arena with his eyes focused in his camera, the bulls looked to big. Willy fell down and the clown had to save him.

Well, that is certainly what willy would do if he had tickets to National Finals Rodeo Las Vegas NV

Willy would want to make the bull riding. Willy likes to see the big monster bulls and the fact that it is tough to ride them. Willy wants to see the bare back bronc riding from close up. That is why willy would want to make sure that he had great tickets.

Yes, that is right. Much of the action and what you see is about the great tickets that you have which can be gotten by clicking here. You will find that these tickets are reasonably priced in Willy's opinion and be sure and get good seats. Good seats at a good price are what you want and you can probably get them here.

That is what Willy thinks. - Maybe you would want to check it out.

Xango? Mangosteen Juice? Willy is Curious!

Ok - Willy is an expert cook and thought he knew about every fruit and juice that was out there. However, Willy has found a new one that he has got to try out.

Yes that fruit is mangosteen from the company Xango. New to you too - huh. Well the only thing that Willy can say is check out this site over at Xango.

It is almost like a social network site built around the great sounding products of this company. You can learn about the Company, the products, the science behind the products, business opportunities, meetings and events, their enlightening magazine and their corporate giving and opportunities to give.

This site has it all. But what is more enticing is that their products sound like something that is good for the body, tastes good and are something that Willy might want to see about marketing.

Checking some more Willy even sees skin care products, hair products and much more.

This is a must check out and Willy is checking now to see how this can be incorporated into Willy's great cooking recipes.

Check out mangosteen juice. Might be just what you need.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Willy likes to browse the different sites to see what is cooking. Willy happened upon this recipe on the Food Network site. Buffalo Chicken Salad

Willy thinks this recipe would be real good as long as the Buffalo meat is not too tough. Also, Willy is not a blue cheese fan so Willy might want to try some other type of dressing.

But - might be something that the fans of Willy's Cooking would like to try.

Fruitbasketreview.com

Fruit Baskets are something that Willy thinks is an excellent idea for a gift for just about anyone. They are also great just to have any time and any place. Yes, Willy is talking about real fruit in a real basket that is given for the purpose of eating. Willy is not talking about the neighbor next door.

Well, what about fruit baskets you ask Willy? Fruit baskets can come from many companies. Fruit baskets can come in many shapes and sizes and can contain various types of fruits and various qualities of the same fruits. So how do you sort it all out and know that the Fruit Baskets you are getting are o the best quality and right for what you want?

Well, to do that Willy goes to Fruitbasketreview.com There you can see comparisons of baskets from the different companies, with picture comparison charts and you can even get coupons to help you pay for those great baskets you get.

So the next time Willy has a gift to give this will certainly be on the top of the list.

Organic and Cooking with Willy!

Willy hears a lot these days of going organic. Willy used to think that meant getting naked and going to a nudist colony with a lot of wild women. Or maybe it meant to just hang out and look at the annual Sports Illustrated Swim suit edition. That sounds organic to Willy!

Willy now knows that going organic means getting the food to the table with no pesticides and stuff like that.

Maybe Willy will look at trying to get some of his recipes to the organic state.

Spice It Up With Willy and Pendery's!

Willy likes good food and Willy likes to cook. Willy knows that to be a good cook and have good food Willy needs to know about good spices. Food without spices is like a day without sunshine. It is just kind of blah.

So where would you go to get good spices? Well Willy has found a new place that Willy is going to try out. The place is called Pendery's World of Chile and Spices.

This site seems to have all the spices that Willy might need for his famous Hillbilly Willy Chili and all of the other dishes that you find on Willy's site.

While looking at the various spices on this site Willy noticed one that he was not familiar with. This was hungarian paprika . Willy is familiar with regular Paprika but not Hungarian. They call it the zippiest of Paprika's. Well, Willy uses paprika in many of his dishes and now it sounds like maybe Willy needs to take this paprika and try it out to see if it really does add that zip to the dish. It may be that it is just that last little push that Willy needs to take his Hillbilly Chili for really good to great status.

Check back here to see if Willy makes any changes to any of his already good recipes with Pendery's spices to make them the best in the hills.

Willy likes to spice it up.
