Willy knows about cooking and Willy knows that he gets lots of information from the internet. What Willy did not know was that there were companies out there like wildblue internet who is an internet provider for people who live in rural/remote locations. They believe that just because you live out in the country doesn't mean you should have to have a slow dial-up internet connection!
That is what Willy is talking about. Willy likes to download videos of cooking and politics and lots of good stuff along with recipes and ideas that might show up as interesting. Willy knows what it is like to have slow dial up internet. Willy had it one time. Willy was not a happy camper.
Willy wishes that there had been wildblue internet in his life at that time. Willy was trying to build a website with lots of pictures and Willy could set some pictures to upload and go cook supper, because that is what Willy does, and then come back and the pictures would just be finishing.
