Island Jerk Chicken

Willy thought when he read about Island Jerk Chicken that it was talking about that guy that offended Willy in Cancun one time and then left quickly.  Little did Willy know that this was great
chicken recipe.  Check it out from Kraft Foods--- 10-4 Willy

 

What You Need

1/2 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
2   green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp.  ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
8 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)

Make It


MIX dressing, onions and spices; pour over chicken in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
HEAT broiler. Broil chicken, 4 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
